   4. The number of seconds a profile thumbnail is displayed. As the software scans for the POF members who are online now that have not yet been messaged for you by the software, a 3" x 3" thumbnail image of them is displayed for you. If you are at your computer, watching the software run, during the time this thumbnail is displayed you can click the thumbnail which will take you to their profile so you can see more and bigger pictures or check out their profile description. If you set the seconds pause to the lower value of 2 seconds, the program runs faster, but you don't have much time to view the thumbnail and/or click it before the next profile thumb is displayed. Set this to a higher number (up to 5 seconds) makes the program run a tiny bit slower but you are afforded a longer time to click the thumbnail. If you are letting the software run automated and have it hidden in your system tray then this setting is irrelevant.
