Why do Chrome Background Tabs ⎍ NOT Load by Default ❓

Chrome is probably the best internet browser that's for the most part error free other than that if you open a bunch of tabs to multiple websites, only the focused tab loads as rapidly as the current one.

This is an irritatinging problem to some because the whole purpose of opening multiple tabs is to save time. When you're working in one tab window when you click over to another one you have to hang there and wait for the page to load so it ruins more than one tab open.

As a programmer myself, I am pretty sure this is not a bug or flaw but was purposely intended by Google Chrome. I think they did this to save CPU resources which can be limited on the smaller devices like cell phones and tablets. You have to remember that almost all other web browsers screw up is using up way too much memory.

For people who still use the good old desktop computer, most of us have computers with tons of CPU capabilities. We prefer speed than conserving resources.
