How to Use URL's into XML Sitemap Tool

1. Copy your list of url's/web address to your computers clipboard (CTRL + C)pc or (⌘ + C)mac
2. Take any size list of urls/web addresses (one url/web address per line) and paste (CTRL + V)pc or (⌘ + V)mac into the top large textbox with the default faded text that reads Enter the List of URL's to Turn into XML Sitemap.
3. Make sure each url begins with either http:// or https:// so the sitemap created falls within search engine regulations for proper sitemap.xml structure (assuming you are creating an xml sitemap file to be uploaded to your web server to be crawled and read by search engine spider bots).
4. This tool will automatically...
   1. remove uplicate URL's.
   2. remove lank lines.
   ... before creating your xml sitemap.
5. Press the button that reads Convert URL List to Sitemap XML.
6. The speed of the conversion of your url list to sitemap is usually very fast, no more than a few seconds, but if your url list is extremely large (more than a couple of thousand url's) the time to completion may be a few seconds.
7. Double click the bottom textbox that now contains all of your input url's in the proper sitemap.xml structure. Double clicking will select all of the text.
8. Press (CTRL + C)pc or (⌘ + C)mac on your computers clipboard to copy the contents of the xml sitemap (bottom textbox).
9. Paste this into a new, blank text editor such as Notepad (Windows - CTRL + V) or TextEdit (MAC - ⌘ + V)
10. Save this file exactly as sitemap.xml and upload to your web server.
11. Every time you upload a changed/updated sitemap to your web server, it is a good idea to ping it which will get the search engines updating your website more quickly.
