00:31 First thing you want to do is go to the page that has the video you want to download. So in Internet Explorer I will go to YouTube and let's say this is the video we want to download here, Van Halen Jump. Press to begin the playing of the video. If there are advertisements that are playing you must bypass them to the actual video you want to download.
01:00 Press F12 on the keyboard which brings up the developer tools panel in Inernet Explorer. Click on the tab with the text that reads emulation. Click the drop-down box for browser profile and select Windows phone. For the user agent string select either Windows Phone 8 or Windows Phone 7. For the resolution drop down select the smallest possible screen size.
