00:01 In this video I'm going to show you how you can download videos from YouTube or most other websites that have video without having to use any sort of a third-party extensions, apps or software programs - just performing some basic hacks in Mozilla Firefox web browser.
00:16 First thing you do in Firefox, go to YouTube and select the video you want to download. Let's pretend it's this video here. Click to start the playing of the video you want to download. You want the video to begin playing and if there are advertisements playing, you have to bypass these ads and wait for the video to play.
00:32 On the keyboard press F12 to open the developers menu. To the upper right of the developers window there is a little icon right here that looks like a little mobile phone.Click on that icon which is going to make the web browser behave and look like and trick YouTube into thinking you are coming to their site with a mobile phone.
00:51 Select from up here one of the iPhones. With these new settings press F5 to refresh the web page web browser. Unmute the video if it is muted. Click on the 'Network' tab.

Click the thing that looks like a little iPhone. Select iPhone from the list press F5 and then at this point you can click on the bookmarklet and the video will open in a new window for you to download and save.
